| 1 | 上主，你為什麼站在遠處！在困苦之時竟隱藏不露？ | 1 | Why, O Lord, hast thou retired afar off? why dost thou slight us in our wants, in the time of trouble? |
| 2 | 惡人蠻橫地難為弱小的人，叫他陷於預設的陰謀之中。 | 2 | Unto the end. A psalm for David. |
| 3 | 惡人因隨心所欲而自慶，匪徒因輕慢上主而自幸； | 3 | Whilst the wicked man is proud, the poor is set on fire: they are caught in the counsels which they devise. |
| 4 | 惡人心高氣傲說：「他決不會追究！也決沒有天主！」這就是他的企圖。 | 4 | In the Lord I put my trust: how then do you say to my soul: Get thee away from hence to the mountain like a sparrow? |
| 5 | 他的道路時時彎曲錯謬；常把你的懲罰拋諸腦後，對一切私仇常怒氣詛咒。 | 5 | For the sinner is praised in the desires of his soul: and the unjust man is blessed. |
| 6 | 心下自語：「我永遠不會動搖！我永永遠遠不會遭受災禍！」 | 6 | For, lo, the wicked have bent their bow; they have prepared their arrows in the quiver; to shoot in the dark the upright of heart. |
| 7 | 他滿口是欺詐與辱罵，舌下盡是惡毒與謊話。 | 7 | The sinner hath provoked the Lord according to the multitude of his wrath he will not seek him: |
| 8 | 他在村邊隱密處埋伏，他暗地裡要殺害無辜，他對不幸者窺伺注目， | 8 | For they have destroyed the things which thou hast made: but what has the just man done? |
| 9 | 他在暗處伺伏，有如獅子蹲在洞口，要把貧困的人，伺機刮搜，將貧困者拖入網中劫走。 | 9 | God is not before his eyes: his ways are filthy at all times. Thy judgments are removed from his sight: he shall rule over all his enemies. |
| 10 | 他俯下身子，蹲伏在地下，不幸者便陷入他的爪牙； | 10 | The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven. His eyes look on the poor man: his eyelids examine the sons of men. |
| 11 | 心下自語：「天主忘了，他掩了面，永不再看。」 | 11 | For he hath said in his heart: I shall not be moved from generation to generation, and shall be without evil. |
| 12 | 上主天主，求你起來將手舉起，不要把窮苦人忘記。 | 12 | The Lord trieth the just and the wicked: but he that loveth iniquity hateth his own soul. |
| 13 | 為何讓惡人們輕慢天主，心下自語，「他決不會追究？」 | 13 | His mouth is full of cursing, and of bitterness, and of deceit: under his tongue are labour and sorrow. |
| 14 | 其實你已看見欺壓與暴行，正考慮如何親手加以嚴懲；因此不幸的人向你投奔，唯有你是孤兒們的救星。 | 14 | He shall rain snares upon sinners: fire and brimstone and storms of winds shall be the portion of their cup. |
| 15 | 願你打斷罪犯與惡人的臂膊，報復他的罪孽直至不再發作。 | 15 | He sitteth in ambush with the rich in private places, that he may kill the innocent. |
| 16 | 上主為王，直至於萬世無疆；野蠻人必由他領域中喪亡。 | 16 | For the Lord is just, and hath loved justice: his countenance hath beheld righteousness. |
| 17 | 上主，你垂允了謙卑者的心願，堅固他們的心靈，也側耳俯聽。 | 17 | His eyes are upon the poor man: He lieth in wait in secret like a lion in his den. He lieth in ambush that he may catch the poor man: to catch the poor, whilst he draweth him to him. |
| 18 | 護衛孤兒和受壓迫者的特權，使塵世的人不再施恐怖手段。 | 18 | In his net he will bring him down, he will crouch and fall, when he shall have power over the poor. |
| 19 | 19 | For he hath said in his heart: God hath forgotten, he hath turned away his face not to see to the end. | |
| 20 | 20 | Arise, O Lord God, let thy hand be exalted: forget not the poor. | |
| 21 | 21 | Wherefore hath the wicked provoked God? for he hath said in his heart: He will not require it. | |
| 22 | 22 | Thou seest it, for thou considerest labour and sorrow: that thou mayst deliver them into thy hands. To thee is the poor man left: thou wilt be a helper to the orphan. | |
| 23 | 23 | Break thou the arm of the sinner and of the malignant: his sin shall be sought, and shall not be found. | |
| 24 | 24 | The Lord shall reign to eternity, yea, for ever and ever: ye Gentiles shall perish from his land. | |
| 25 | 25 | The Lord hath heard the desire of the poor: thy ear hath heard the preparation of their heart. | |
| 26 | 26 | To judge for the fatherless and for the humble, that man may no more presume to magnify himself upon earth. | |
