| 1 | 阿撒夫的詩歌。天主，異民侵入了你的遺產，褻瀆了你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷覆顛； | 1 | Unto the end, for them that shall he changed, a testimony for Asaph, a psalm. |
| 2 | 並將你眾僕人的屍首，給天空的飛鳥做食物，用你聖徒的肉餵野獸。 | 2 | Give ear, O thou that rulest Israel: thou that leadest Joseph like a sheep. Thou that sittest upon the cherubims, shine forth |
| 3 | 在耶路撒冷四周血如水流，但出來埋葬的人一個也無。 | 3 | before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasses. Stir up thy might, and come to save us. |
| 4 | 我們竟成為我們鄰居的恥辱，作了我們四周的譏諷與玩物。 | 4 | Convert us, O God: and shew us thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 5 | 上主，你經常發怒，要到何時，你怒燄如火，要到何時？ | 5 | O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy servant? |
| 6 | 求你向那不承認你的異民，及不呼號你名的列國洩憤， | 6 | How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure? |
| 7 | 因為他們吞併了雅各伯家族，並蹂躪了他的住處。 | 7 | Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us. |
| 8 | 求你別向我們追討祖先的惡行，以你的仁慈速來協助我們，因為我們實在是可憐萬分。 | 8 | O God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 9 | 天主，我們的救主，為你名的光榮，協助我們，為了你的聖名，寬赦我們的罪過，拯救我們！ | 9 | Thou hast brought a vineyard out of Egypt: thou hast cast cut the Gentiles and planted it. |
| 10 | 為何讓異民說：「他們的天主何處去了？」願我們在異民中能親眼看到，你僕人流出的血，要得的酬報！ | 10 | Thou wast the guide of its journey in its sight: thou plantedst the roots thereof, and it filled the land. |
| 11 | 願囚徒的哀歎上達你面前，按你手臂的能力解放死犯！ | 11 | The shadow of it covered the hills: and the branches thereof the cedars of God. |
| 12 | 天主，求你將我們四鄰加給你的凌辱，向他們的胸懷裡投以七倍報復！ | 12 | It stretched forth its branches unto the sea, and its boughs unto the river. |
| 13 | 這樣做你子民做你牧場羊群的我們，能永遠稱謝你，能萬世宣揚你的光榮。 | 13 | Why hast thou broken down the hedge thereof, so that all they who pass by the way do pluck it? |
| 14 | 14 | The boar out of the wood hath laid it waste: and a singular wild beast hath devoured it. | |
| 15 | 15 | Turn again, O God of hosts, look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vineyard: | |
| 16 | 16 | And perfect the same which thy right hand hath planted: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. | |
| 17 | 17 | Things set on fire and dug down shall perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. | |
| 18 | 18 | Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. | |
| 19 | 19 | And we depart not from thee, thou shalt quicken us: and we will call upon thy name. | |
| 20 | 20 | O Lord God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. | |
