| 1 | 你這在至高者護佑下居住的人，你這在全能者蔭庇下居住的人， | 1 | A psalm of a canticle on the sabbath day. |
| 2 | 請向上主說：「我的避難所，我的碉堡，我的天主，我向你投靠。」 | 2 | It is good to give praise to the Lord: and to sing to thy name, O most High. |
| 3 | 他必救你脫離獵戶的縲絏，他必救你脫免害人的瘟疫。 | 3 | To shew forth thy mercy in the morning, and thy truth in the night: |
| 4 | 他以自己的羽毛掩護你，又叫你往他的翼下逃避：他的忠信是盾牌和鎧衣。 | 4 | Upon an instrument of ten strings, upon the psaltery: with a canticle upon the harp. |
| 5 | 你不必怕黑夜驚人的顫慄，也不必怕白天亂飛的箭矢， | 5 | For thou hast given me, O Lord, a delight in thy doings: and in the works of thy hands I shall rejoice. |
| 6 | 黑暗中流行的瘟疫，正午毒害人的癘疾。 | 6 | O Lord, how great are thy works! thy thoughts are exceeding deep. |
| 7 | 在你身旁雖倒斃一千，在你右邊雖跌仆一萬，疫疾卻到不了你身邊。 | 7 | The senseless man shall not know: nor will the fool understand these things. |
| 8 | 然而你親眼要觀臨，要見到惡人的報應。 | 8 | When the wicked shall spring up as grass: and all the workers of iniquity shall appear: That they may perish for ever and ever: |
| 9 | 你既知道上主是你的避難所，你就該以至高者為你的碉堡； | 9 | but thou, O Lord, art most high for evermore. |
| 10 | 災殃不會走近你的身邊，禍患也不臨近你的帳幔。 | 10 | For behold thy enemies, O Lord, for behold thy enemies shall perish: and all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. |
| 11 | 因為他必為你委派自己的天使，在你行走的每條道路上保護你。 | 11 | But my horn shall be exalted like that of the unicorn: and my old age in plentiful mercy. |
| 12 | 他們把你托在自己的手掌，不使你的腳在石頭上碰傷。 | 12 | My eye also hath looked down upon my enemies: and my ear shall hear of the downfall of the malignant that rise up against me. |
| 13 | 你可經過在獅子和毒蛇身上，你可踐踏在猛獅和毒龍身上。 | 13 | The just shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow up like the cedar of Libanus. |
| 14 | 上主說：「因為他依戀我，我必拯救他，他承認我的名，我必保護他。 | 14 | They that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of the house of our God. |
| 15 | 他若呼求我，我必應允，他若有困苦，我必偕同他，我必拯救他，也必光榮他。 | 15 | They shall still increase in a fruitful old age: and shall be well treated, |
| 16 | 我必要使他得享長壽，必讓他看到我的救贖。」 | 16 | that they may shew, That the Lord our God is righteous, and there is no iniquity in him. |
